Every item sold by The Del Shop is unconditionally guaranteed. If you are dissatisfied with a purchase or gift for any reason, please return it to us with instructions included with the package. You may return any item purchased on our website by mail or carrier of your choice. We will refund or credit the value of the item and any taxes that you were charged. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
